R Residence

A cluster housing in False Creek. 30 year-old building. The kitchen was too small for a couple to cook together and it had a lower ceiling which made the room look even smaller. In order to solve the problems, the ceiling was made higher and the tile heated floor was installed. The carped in the living room was removed and the maple natural color floor was installed instead. The new floor made the kitchen brighter. An en-suite and 2nd bathroom in the upper floor were upgraded and the laundry was moved to the upper floor. Owners did the demolition and painting by themselves.
